 Do the following to become a member:


1. Please be patient while the form is loading below.
2. Dubble click on "Print".
3. Go to "Standard Quality" and click on "Print" below it.
5. Print the form and complete it.
6. Place it in the assocation's holder in the shop at the BP garage in Da Gama Road, Jeffreys Bay.
7. The membership fees will be collected at a later stage.
8. Ignore the wording "Druk hierdie berig" at the bottom of the page.
